Orders containing in-stock Products are prepared and shipped within 2 to 7 working days (excluding weekends), except in periods of high demand or exceptional circumstances. This period is calculated from the order confirmation.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on carriers or unforeseen events. BEJOY cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond its control. However, we undertake to keep you informed as soon as we become aware of any potential delay in shipping.
Specific conditions for "tracked letter" delivery method
If you choose the "tracked letter" option, BEJOY cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. No refunds or credit notes will be issued for orders confirmed as delivered.
